VZC was established in 2003 as a sole proprietorship by Wieger Vander Zwaag and then incorporated circa 2008 continuing under the same name.

VZC has kept its focus on rough carpentry (framing) since it began, but has switched from residential construction to commercial construction.  which is is a much more difficult arena, but VZC excels in it.

We have focused and experienced employees for estimating, logistics, on site organization, layout and office paperwork. Construction in general is difficult, typically full of problems from the beginning of project until its completion. VZC focuses on making our section problem free for the customer by anticipating and solving problems as they come up, before they come up on the clients radar. This focus has been appreciated over the years as well by the engineers and architects who inspect our work upon completion. A direct result of this dedication to our projects is timely completion. Again, because of our employee skill sets and our preparation for each project, our finish times are difficult to beat.
